Marketing automation
Launched marketing automation to continually nurture passive candidates for all job families. My campaigns average a 64% open rate, 18% CTR, 28% CTOR. In one year alone, 4k+ passive candidates were converted into hires.


Branding
Implemented Indeed/Glassdoor Employer Hub. This investment enabled us to add branding, exclude competitors from advertising on our page and more. This drove a 31% increase in page views and ranked us #2 in brand impressions among competitors.
