At Amedisys, as marketing manager of talent attraction, I am responsible for employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy and execution. This includes all content creation, nurture campaigns and marketing automation, organic and paid social, website management, job descriptions, videos and more.


In one year, my nurture campaigns averaged a 64% open rate, 18% CTR, 28% CTOR, resulting in 72k applications, 9,000 interviews, 4,600 offers and over 4,000 hires.
