At Ascension, as a communications specialist, I oversaw all content for multiple Ascension Insurance products, from start to finish. This included large-scale direct mail, email, website redesign, clinic marketing booths and more. An important part of this role was turning complex insurance and pharmacy jargon into easily understood content.
