If you have a major sweet tooth like I do, eat one or two of these and you will be satisfied! These are a little bit messy to make, so I always double the recipe below to make them last longer.

- 1 c organic rolled oats
- 1/2 c peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1/2 c chocolate chips (HU or Enjoy Life are great brands)
- 1/3 c raw honey
- 1/4 c ground flaxseed
Mix all of the above ingredients together, roll into balls and pop in the refrigerator. I think it will make about 22. You can also mix in other stuff like chia seeds (great source of fiber) and unsweetened coconut. Enjoy!
